Brick House Bakery in Cobleskill

This place is near my daughter's school. Besides seeing my daughter, my favorite part of going to Cobleskill is this bakery. Best roast beef melt I've ever had. The selection, quality and taste of the baked goods is outstanding. My wife loved her smoothie. I can't wait to go again.

Baked goods are delicious. It is a regular morning stop for a bagel or muffin and coffee. They have added a salad by the pound bar and it looks amazing. I have not gotten it but the last time I went in mid afternoon that was the thing to get. The place is busy and it's because it's good! Waiting is not a problem when you know what your waiting for will be delicious!

Always so good! Can't go wrong with the ice cream (Perry's and Gifford's), but be warned that portions are LARGE!! This is not necessarily a problem though. And don't leave without checking out the baked goods. They're delicious. I got a lemon bar today and it was wonderful!

Ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese on a spinach bagel with Chipotle Mayo ( hot sauce in Mayo).... Absolutely delicious! Their bagels are the best ever! Baked goods super fresh. Highly recommend that you stop in.

Anything you want from a bakery even icecream or smoothie's. Excellent layout very inviting.

Great local bakery. I personally think their pies and cookies are better than their cakes.Staff has always been very friendly, and the kids love coming here to get a small occassional snack.Not the biggest parking lot, but there is enough street parking that it's not normally an issue.

I love this place. excellent service, fresh baked goodies, cider donuts, tasty sandwiches made to order, hot dishes, and hot coffee. seating area indoors and out. owner operator is a great host. great prices. they welcome well-behaved service dogs. my must stop when visiting Cobleskill. my favorite.

This is easily one of the top 3 bakeries in the capital region!! You have to try this place. Always fresh, amazing flavor.

I went once the morning after a concert, the owner is so dedicated to his craft! The food is delicious, wonderful cozy atmosphere, incredibly kind staff. Would recommend to anyone! Would most definitely go again!!

Very cute good cookies. I only wish more of a selection of baked goods. They also have sandwiches. Coffee and ice cream are delicious
